At Chris Holmes Antiques, we want you to be delighted with your unique acquisition. If your item is not suitable, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs.

Return Process

  Contact our team via email within 14 days of receiving your item to register your intent to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Packaging

  Carefully repackage the antique in its original materials to ensure safe transit; items damaged due to poor packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

  Shipping

  Arrange for a tracked and insured courier service to return the piece to our gallery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
