Original painting by Chloë Holt RCA FRSA. One of the youngest artists ever to be elected a member of the RCA. Winner of the 2012 Kyffin Williams Drawing Prize, Chloe also, in 2010 won the International Lorenzo il Magnifico prize by the Florence Biennale for works on paper.
“Part of 'The Seville Triptych'. Outside the battlements of the Real Alcázar de Sevilla, the Moorish Royal Palace with fountain-filled gardens and one of the most exceptional botanical and citrus collections dating back to the 16th Century, is the passage Calle Judería next to Plaza de los Venerables (Hospital of the Venerable Priests). The street is notable for its intense golden ochre walls, and in early April wisteria tumbles with joyous abandonment over the top lintel giving furtive glimpses of a secret internal courtyard housing palms, cypress and magnolia trees.”
